Each processes data under its own privacy policy. ## Amazon affiliate links We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon sets its own cookies and learns that you came from our site; we do not receive your Amazon account or payment details. See our [Affiliate Disclosure](/affiliate-disclosure/). ## Sharing We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, to comply with law, or to protect our rights. ## Retention Form submissions and email subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe. Comments are kept until removed. ## Your rights Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell data). Email corrections@thebirdfeederguide.com; we respond within 30 days. ## Children The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. ## Security and international transfers We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
