The Bird Feeder Guide Editorial Team

We are the small, independent team behind The Bird Feeder Guide. We research and write buying guides and how-to articles about backyard bird feeding: feeders, seed and suet, squirrel-proofing, hummingbirds and smart camera feeders.

How we work

We are not a lab, and we do not claim hands-on testing unless an article says so. Articles are researched from manufacturer specifications, product listings and published sources such as the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and Audubon.

Many drafts are prepared with AI assistance and then fact-checked against those sources before publication. Full process: How We Research.
